offers are good and some are not so good
and some are absolutely awful!
Why would someone offer you a free website,
when they could earn money from selling the
hosting service?
Advertising! You create a website and fill it
with content and find the visitors and the
company has the right to place adverts within,
on top (pop-ups) or behind (pop-unders).
The company revenue comes from selling
advertising space.
Therefore, if you don't mind having someone
else's adverts on your website, then you can
save yourself a lot of money by subscribing to

website providers.

server and sometimes that space is VERY
limited. This might be satisfactory if you only
wish to create a single page. You still have to
create the webpage on your computer and
upload it to the server. Unless you are adept

designs available free of charge (without
adverts!).
